In addition to maintaining the perfect temperature, it’s equally important that the pizza be specifically formulated for the oven that you are using. The key components to formulate are the pizza crust and the cheeses used in the creation of your pizzas. The moisture content in your cheeses will brown differently at different temperatures and in different ovens. Developing even browning of your crust, the toppings, and cheese on your pizzas requires carefully engineering the time, the temperature, and the ingredients you use. There is definitely an art in the development of gourmet pizzas prepared in a wood-fired oven!

AirbagsAccording to Drive-safely.net, an online portal, another safety issue is your distance from the air bag. The portal says tall drivers sit farther back and are less impacted by the air bag during an accident. Short drivers sit very close to the air bag and can be injured by the air bag itself during an accident. “The air bag is not a cushy pillow. It blasts from the dashboard or steering wheel at up to 200 miles per hour and if you are sitting too close to it, you can suffer air bag injuries,” it states.

America’s Musical JourneySilver Lake Lodge, 7600 Royal St., 7 p.m. Advance screening of the MacGillivray Freeman film produced in association with Brand USA and presented by Expedia. Aloe Blacc, a star of the film, will perform, as will ‘Jingle’ Jared Gutstadt and Jason ‘Poo Bear’ Boyd. The film follows Blacc as he traces the roots of America’s music and follows Louis Armstrong’s footsteps through New Orleans, Chicago, New York City, Nashville, Memphis, Miami and more.
