Although this self-assembly multi-purpose oven claims to do a lot of things, it was the pizza that we were really interested in. The charcoal oven did a good job ensuring the base was cooked evenly and a seven-inch pizza was ready to eat in six minutes without having to turn it because there were no hot spots. The base was light and airy on top with a satisfying crunch to it, making it a great option that’s value for money.
